Job Summary:
The Inventory Associate ensures the accurate flow and storage of materials within the cryogenic manufacturing facility. This role focuses on managing small-scale components—such as fittings, valves, hardware, and safety gear—rather than heavy containment units. You will be the primary point of contact for tracking stock levels, fulfilling internal work orders, and maintaining a high level of data integrity within the company's inventory tracking system.
Job Description:
Stage, pack, and prepare outbound shipments daily. Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy. Unload vendor trucks via forklift and put them away accordingly while confirming the packing list matches the purchase order and what was physically shipped. Pull parts for kits and issue them accordingly in the operating system daily. Deliver kits and incoming parts to shop employees daily. Cycle count and update inventory balances. Return all parts into inventory (physically and in the system). Observe any low stock daily and prepare requisitions. Put away incoming parts to stock. Review back-ordered items regularly to ensure items are shipped promptly for sales orders. Pull and receive all work orders. Consistently assist shop employees with needed parts and scan/issue parts in the operating system. Maintain, organize, and clean the Central Materials Department. The manager will assign other duties as needed.
Competencies:
Precise counting and documentation skills Ability to manage a complex library of small parts and specialized cryogenic hardware. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly
Microsoft Excel Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Requires lifting, bending, stretching, and standing; extensive standing and walking requirements. Forklift experience is a plus, but can be trained if necessary. Must have a valid driver's license and can pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Experience:
