This role, with a pay rate of $28.4 per hour, is integral in executing our predefined inventory and production strategies, ensuring that supply consistently meets our inventory targets. The ideal candidate will manage planning processes, support product launches, and collaborate with multiple departments to drive operational success. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly and monthly capacity planning to align with production and inventory targets. Support the introduction and revision of products throughout their lifecycle. Represent the planning department in short-term improvement initiatives and planning/product meetings within Operations. Plan and manage both standard and non-standard production orders. Manage inventory of Finished Goods and intermediates, ensuring optimal stock levels. Communicate and monitor critical item status within the internal organization. Maintain and update Production Master Data and Material data.
Qualifications Required:
High School diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 6 months of related experience, OR Master's degree
Preferred:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Why Join Us?
