We are currently looking for a dependable and hard-working Shipper/Receiver with a positive attitude to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks, packaging daily outbound parts orders, and assisting with inventory management. This role also supports shop operations through equipment preparation, sub-assembly work, and general shop maintenance. Responsibilities Primary Duties Load and unload trucks Package daily outbound parts orders Package and crate manufactured equipment Manage inventory control, including maintaining stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping inventory organized accurately Water test outbound manufactured equipment Secondary Duties Produce mechanical sub-assemblies Produce electrical sub-assemblies Assist with shop maintenance Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable, motivated, and hard-working Strong organizational skills Good communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good math skills and accurate measuring ability Experience with hand tools and power tools Fluent in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to read specifications and drawings is an asset, but not required Forklift experience is an asset, but not required
