Inventory Cycle Counter (Afternoon Shift 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)

Truform Manufacturing incorporates metal stamping, robotic MIG welding and automated high speed assembly operations in its modern, ultra clean facilities. The recent addition of brand-new Amada CNC Press Brakes, Fiber Lasers and CNC Turret press capability has greatly expanded Truform's ability to produce superior parts in a "just in time" environment.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring a high level of accuracy of inventory levels for

TFM & AHT

by performing cycle counts daily, weekly, and quarterly, and resolving all discrepancies in a timely manner with the support of the Material Tech's.

Qualifications required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Associates degree, college coursework or equivalent work experience a plus 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment Inventory management experience is highly desired Computer and spreadsheet proficiency Experience using ERP System desired, IQMS experience a plus Basic math and problem-solving skills - addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Take initiative on problem solving and decision making Self-starter who can work independently Available to work overtime if required Ability to operate scissor lifts within the high bay storage areas Forlift experience and/or license a plus Essential functions and responsibilities: Performs scheduled cycle counts in an ongoing and sustained manner to ensure the actual physical count is verified against the computer inventory record Research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes to resolve discrepancies and reconcile inventory Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision Assists in developing solutions to inventory discrepancies Assist in improving inventory accuracy and development key metrics Work with Material Technician to report findings and verify system adjustments are correct after transactions have been entered Good Communicator ability to listen to others and clearly present information and request Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook Other duties as assigned Physical demands and work environment: Must be able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled Must be able to squat, bend, twist and move to cycle count Must be able to operator in tight spaces Must not be scared of heights Must have fine motor skills to grasp and manipulate small parts Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must have acceptable vision - minimum 20/30 or 20/50 with correction.
