Sales Associate / Inventory Control

With over 1500 varieties of locally grown trees, shrubs, perennials, fruits, and annuals, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality plants to our community. Overview We are seeking a Sales Associate who will assist walk in customers and manage inventory to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer engagement with inventory management which supports the efficient operation of our nursery and garden center. Duties Assist customers by providing expert advice on plant selection, care, and related products to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain accurate inventory of plant materials. Coordinate with management to manage stock levels. Oversee shipping & receiving processes, including order fulfillment and materials handling, ensuring timely delivery and proper stock rotation. Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or stock shortages and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop category management strategies that align with sales trends and customer preferences.

Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
