Position Summary Call Squad Media LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to support data tracking, asset management, and internal inventory processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory systems, and ensuring consistency across operational databases and materials. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory records and tracking systems. Monitor stock levels, digital assets, and internal resources. Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Enter, verify, and organize inventory-related information. Identify and resolve discrepancies in records or reporting. Assist with data management and reporting tasks. Track incoming and outgoing materials or assets. Support internal teams with inventory-related requests. Maintain organized documentation and reporting files. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
