1st Shift (Day): Mon-Fri | Start between 5:00 AM•6:30 AM. 2nd Shift (Swing): Mon-Fri | Start between 2:00 PM•5:00 PM. 3rd Shift (Night): Mon-Fri | Start at 10:00 PM. Weekend Shifts:

As a Material Coordinator, you will play a foundational role in managing the flow of materials essential for building multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. You will work under close supervision to ensure that the production environment is organized, inventory is accurate, and necessary components are delivered to manufacturing teams exactly when they are needed. In this position, you will perform clearly defined manual and administrative tasks, including locating, auditing, and transferring kits or materials. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity through cycle counts and ensuring that manufacturing lines are replenished to prevent any production delays. Key Responsibilities:
Material Logistics:
Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials; perform satellite receiving functions and potential vendor pick-ups/drop-offs using a van or truck. Inventory Control:
Perform cycle counts to verify inventory; update records or shortage reports in systems like Oracle or SAP. Manufacturing Support:
Replenish empty line-side bins and move stock as required to prevent the accumulation of excess material. Stock Maintenance:
Purge stock of excess and obsolete material; take action to rework, transfer, or scrap items under supervisor direction. Equipment Operation:
Operate powered industrial vehicles, including pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or overhead cranes. Compliance:
Prepare material for delivery to cleanroom environments while adhering to all safety standards and documented business processes. Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED. Experience:
Up to 1 year of prior relevant training or work experience (Entry Level). Skills:
Basic communication skills, common courtesy, and the ability to follow detailed, prescribed methods and tasks. Physical Requirements & Environment Physical Demands:
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing stairs or ladders. Manual Tasks:
Must be able to lift materials, use hand/power tools, and operate heavy machinery like forklifts. Cleanroom Protocol:
May involve working in a cleanroom, requiring PPE such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, and respirators. Safety:
Must be able to distinguish between colors and work in environments with noise sensitivity.
