Full Job Description Supply Dispensary Job Description:
Supply Dispensary Team Member is responsible all materials received and distributed at Supply Dispensary. This position ensures that all materials at the Dispensary is allocated accordingly, and inventory matches warehouse inventory as required. This position reports directly to the Supply Dispensary Lead.Responsibilities:
- Learn all supply counter responsibilities which include receiving and issuing materials.
- Ensure that all materials are received and put away in assigned locations.
- Issue out all supplies physically and in computer system if enabled.
- Maintain inventory so physical inventory matches what is in the system.
- Track budgets daily
- Ensure that all labels are complete and correct for timely distribution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, self-starter, attention to detail.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
