Dock Worker (Shipping/Receiving) | Hockley, TX Join a global leader in logistics and data center operations. Nexeo Staffing is hiring Dock Workers to support a high-tech data center facility in Hockley, TX. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping & receiving, dock work, warehouse operations, or high-volume logistics material handling. Responsibilities Perform daily dock and warehouse operations efficiently and safely Take initiative in completing assigned tasks and supporting team objectives Accurately enter and track data using Excel, SAP, and other logistics systems Assist with receiving, staging, loading, and shipping freight Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Lift, move, push, and pull 50 lbs or more throughout the shift Adhere to all safety, security, confidentiality, and SOP requirements within the data center Qualifications Prior dock, warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume data center environment Proficient with computers and WMS systems Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to following all SOPs, safety protocols, confidentiality rules, and data center security requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on the data center floor Reliable transportation to Hockley, TX HS Diploma or GED equivalent required Must pass a federal compliant drug screening & national background check (no felonies ever; no misdemeanors in the last 7 years) Pay $21.00 per hour Schedule Full time | Day shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed Nexeo Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short Term Disability Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses) Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit |
