Full-time Job Overview:

HISWAY A&T, a full-service event production company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support our inventory and equipment operations. In this role, you will help manage event materials, track inventory levels, and ensure all items are organized, accounted for, and ready for upcoming productions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage inventory of event equipment and materials Prepare and organize items for upcoming events and projects Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed Coordinate with logistics and production teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking) Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Reliable and punctual

Pay:

$22.20 - $23.00 per hour
