High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and electronics industry-related equipment Prior lead or senior associate experience in an electronics manufacturing setting strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory reporting tools Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform frequent bending and lifting U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident required Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities for stockroom team members Assign tasks and adjust priorities to support production demands Assist with onboarding and training new employees Communicate with production, purchasing, engineering, and project teams regarding material availability Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies Use ERP systems and inventory software to track materials and generate reports Receive, inspect, store, and organize electronic components and raw materials Verify parts, kits, labels, and quantities for accuracy Package finished goods according to customer and carrier requirements Operate equipment including reel counters, scales, and computers Escalate equipment or inventory issues to management as needed More Than Just a Paycheck.
