Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay:
$18•20
DOE Job Essential Duties:
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepancies Accurately enter inventory transactions into inventory management systems Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and physical inventory audits Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams regarding inventory availability Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or replenishment needs Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations required Experience using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately count, record, and track inventory Good communication and problem-solving skills
