IMMEDIATELY HIRING

detail-oriented Physical Inventory Clerks to join our team in Waco, Texas. This is a long-term contract position within the paper and packaging industry, offering an opportunity to support a critical warehouse inventory project. The role involves inventory counting, data entry, and ensuring accuracy in stock assessments. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Enter inventory data into tracking systems with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth inventory operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions to understand project requirements and procedures.
• Use inventory tracking systems to monitor and report on stock movement.
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management.
• Adhere to project timelines and meet daily operational goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory issues. Requirements
• Previous experience in inventory management or related roles, such as assembly lines or asset tracking.
• Proficiency in using inventory tracking systems and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and move around in a warehouse setting for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
