JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Clerk helps manage inventory of food products at each stage of the production process, which includes receiving inbound freight, staging goods for production, and loading outbound shipments of finished products. Warehouse Workers will regularly be expected to accurately perform cycle counts and transfer inventory using the MRP system. Additionally, Clerks should have experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.

Forklift certification, with at least 1 year of forklift experience, or equivalent operating equipment experience required.

Experience with reach trucks required. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.

Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Reliable and punctual for assigned shifts or tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:

Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks over a 8-hour period. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and in a food manufacturing production environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist in lifting up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
