Full Job Description Position Overview :

B&T USA is looking for an Inventory Control Associate who will be responsible for helping maintain the organization's inventory while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the receiving process for incoming materials and supplies, ensuring they match purchase orders and are in good condition. Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming inventory to ensure compliance with company standards. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Update and maintain inventory records in the inventory management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Work closely with the production teams to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any issues. Required Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Required to lift 25lbs unassisted and up to 50lbs assisted. Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Work Environment:

Work performed in a combination of manufacturing machine shop, warehouse and office environments Exposed to machine shop manufacturing elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc. Fast-paced environment Must be able to access and navigate B&T's facilities. Job Type FT - Hourly Monday to Friday. May be required to work after-hours or weekends when needed to meet demands.
