Join Our Team We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Associate to serve as the critical link between our warehouse operations, suppliers, drivers, and customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and customer service is highly preferred. Full-time In office Health, Vision, Life and Supplemental Benefits offered PTO leave
Hourly Wage Range:
$20-$24
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Tracking:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock levels, movements, and transactions using the company's SAGE system
Auditing & Reconciliation:
Plan and execute regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records, investigating the root cause of variances.
Procurement Support:
Monitor reorder points, prepare purchase orders for replenishment, and track delivery status to prevent stockouts. •
Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, backorders, returns, and damages to ensure credits are issued.
Reporting:
Generate inventory reports detailing stock valuation, turnover rates, and compliance metrics to share with key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve outstanding inventory-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain administration Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions. Ability to lift and move materials as required and work in a warehouse environment. Telehandler or forklift operating experience. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
