Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting inventory management, shipping, receiving, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Execute daily duties including receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities Prepare and care for tools and equipment used during tasks Accurately complete tasks based on work instructions and adhere to policies and procedures Manage inventory control, including parts receiving, checking inbound parts, and storage Assist with product quality preparation, packaging for shipping, and shipping finished goods to customers What's Needed? Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles is desirable Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down lift trucks is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow work instructions accurately and efficiently What's in it for me?
