• •Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Inventory Associate who possesses a high sense of ownership and urgency.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Utilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control. Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure synchronization between SAP and actual inventories. Conduct cycle counting and manage material stock efficiently. Ensure material is appropriately issued for Repair Orders and Sales Orders. Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. Essential Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and relevant software. Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Office. Solid understanding of inventory control and shipping & receiving processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a warehouse environment. Good communication and organizational skills. Understanding of warehouse safety regulations. Physical dexterity and experience operating relevant equipment. Why Work Here? Employees are expected to work with various technologies, including warehouse management systems and RF Guns, in a setting that values safety and efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
