Full-time Description:
Custom Service Hardware is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk with a strong focus on inventory control to support daily operations across Receiving, Inventory, and Shipping. This role is best suited for a solid, hands-on warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and teamwork. We are looking for a dependable, steady performer who shows up ready to work and contributes to the team every day. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting a variety of warehouse tasks, values accuracy, and works well with others. Requirements:
This is not a senior or leadership position, but rather a key support role for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming products and accurately stock inventory Replenish primary pick locations to maintain efficient workflow Perform inventory control tasks such as cycle counting and stock verification Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed Maintain organized and accurate inventory records Support overall warehouse operations through teamwork and flexibility
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory accuracy Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks throughout the shift Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented work style Willingness to learn and be cross trained in different warehouse functions Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; additional warehouse or inventory training is a plus.
