Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Inventory Clerk / Material Handler to join our team. In this position you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to organize and maintain our manufacturing inventory storage, pick orders accurately, and assist in the unloading and checking of shipments. This position requires great attention to detail, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, measure and properly inventory incoming materials, parts and products. Pull and Prepare parts requested by manufacturing. Perform inventory controls and keep accurate records of inventory levels. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, bandsaw, pallet jacks, etc. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations, neat and organized. Assist in the loading and unloading of material. Cut materials to proper lengths. (coper, aluminum) Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar position in a warehouse environment. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
