The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. In this role you will be expected to: Complete weekly inventory audits Find, investigate and fix any inventory discrepancies Receive inventory both physically and digitally, ensuring proper quantities are received and entered in the inventory system Ensure proper costs and prices are set in the inventory system Prepare tags and barcodes for products to be labeled before they are moved to the sales floor Keep products organized to ensure it can be easily found and stocked Complete waste process once a week and ensure waste is properly tracked Ensure samples are properly removed from the system when handed out Ensure inventory's physical and digital locations match at all times Ensure test results for products are available at all times Create product naming conventions and discounts Other duties as assigned To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized and precise.
