IMMEDIATE OPENING!
Seeking experienced Inventory Specialists who are interested in "getting a plan together". Our client is redoing their inventory process and needs a clean slate! You will be working on a team to locate, count, organize, and audit their entire facility.....10 acres-so be ready to walk! If you like a challenge, are a hard worker, have a high attention to detail, and looking to start working immediately, call us. We love people just starting their careers, but this is not the opportunity for you.....we need heavy hitters!
salary:
$18•$20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM•4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Steel manufacturing inventory management Must have prior experience in manufacturing environment Able to operate forklift or scissor lift Must be able to start from the "ground up" when no inventory has been done in several years Able to understand difference between raw goods, goods in process, and finished goods EMR software knowledge preferred Oversee and track inventory specific to a steel manufacturing Conduct routine physical counts and audit inventory levels to ensure accuracy Help implement an inventory system Able to lift up to 50 lbs at times and as needed The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentSkillsInventory Auditing (2 years of experience is preferred)Inventory (2 years of experience is required)Materials Management (2 years of experience is preferred)Steel manufacturing (2 years of experience is preferred)Inventory PhysicalRaw Goods Management (2 years of experience is required)Epicor (2 years of experience is preferred)ERP (2 years of experience is required)Inventory•Physical (2 years of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
