UCT is looking for a talented Spare Parts Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! The Spare Parts Administrator ensures efficient management of spare parts inventory and procurement processes to support operational continuity. This role oversees order tracking, cross-site inventory movement, and resolution of defects, while maintaining accurate records in SIMI. Acting as the primary liaison with Intel, the administrator monitors shipments, addresses bottlenecks, and manages disposition of excess or nonconforming materials. Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up are critical to achieving timely, cost-effective parts availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolves procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions, and backorders) Manages and tracks expedited orders Manages cross-site movement of inventory Disposition of dead/excess inventory Disposition of DMR or NCR material Tracks/follows up on FOI parts Monitors Intel's systems for shipments and identifies bottlenecks Maintain up to date records in SIMI Single point of contact from the Intel's perspective Attention to detail required Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient Microsoft Office skills High level of concentration and good communication skills Regular and frequent use of one or more software packages and web-based programs Multitasker with ability to work in a team environment or independently Good understanding of all functions in the department and awareness of the company's operations, methods, and procedures
Educational/Certification Requirement:
Minimum college courses
Preferred College Degree Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Parts Management experience. Preferably in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry
