$26.77/hour, Plus H&W $5.25/hour

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Clerk to manage daily supply operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate accountability of materials, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting mission requirements through efficient processing and tracking of supply actions. This role is critical for maintaining audit readiness and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply section.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing
  • Log and track daily receipts, pushes, and turn-in documents using a digital tracking spreadsheet. Process all turn-in documents accurately within the GCSS-Army system. Verify item data, including National Stock Numbers (NSNs), Material Control Numbers (MCNs), and condition codes. Documentation & Filing
  • Generate, annotate, and prepare all necessary follow-on documents (e.g., DD Form 1348, W8000-series documents) for shipments and turn-ins. Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all supply documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and customer inquiries. Coordination & Communication
  • Communicate effectively with item managers via email to obtain disposition instructions for specialized equipment. Coordinate with warehouse personnel and supervisors to manage inventory and process items for turn-in to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DRAS). Quality Assurance
  • Conduct thorough secondary reviews of all paperwork to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation efficiently to maintain accountability. Required Qualifications Experience
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within a military or government environment. System Proficiency

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with a high level of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional logistics systems such as WIN GUI, FEDLOG, ETIDs, I3Log, and/or AESIP. Familiarity with processing documentation for specific Program Managers (e.g., Abrams, Stryker, Garrison). In-depth knowledge of military supply forms, including DD Form 1348-1A And 1348-6.
