METRC CANNABIS INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Adelanto, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Employment Type:
Full-Time Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced METRC Cannabis Inventory Specialist to join our cultivation team in Adelanto.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a licensed cannabis cultivation facility is required. Strong knowledge of METRC and California cannabis compliance regulations. Experience creating and managing plant tags for clones, mother plants, vegetative plants, and flower rooms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Create and assign METRC plant tags for clones, mother plants, vegetative plants, and flowering plants. Track plant movements throughout all cultivation stages. Maintain accurate inventory counts and METRC records. Assist with audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all state and company regulations. Work closely with cultivation management and staff to maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
Cannabis cultivation experience required. METRC experience required. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
