$22-$25/hr. Inventory Control Specialist Needed Alhambra, CA

We are food Facility Company located in the city of Alhambra, CA currently looking for an Inventory Control Specialist. You will be responsible for tracking and reconciling inbound, outbound and in-transit inventory across multiple locations as well as working closely with suppliers and other warehouses as well as logistic partners to ensure smooth inventory flow. Previous experience in ERP/NetSuite is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Track and reconcile inbound, outbound, and in-transit inventory across multiple locations Monitor stock levels for dry pantry goods to ensure accurate availability and timely replenishment Perform regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, damaged goods) Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth inventory flow Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Netsuite or other tracking systems Generate regular reports on stock movement, shrinkage, and forecast needs Support the fulfillment team with accurate inventory allocation for customer orders Follow food safety and handling protocols for all stored and shipped goods

Qualifications:

2+ years of inventory control or supply chain experience, ideally in food or CPG Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and systems (Shopify, ERP, or WMS) Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills Ability to manage multiple locations and track movement between warehouses/distribution points Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing food business environment
