Full-time 40 hours a week Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring inventory is received, items are in proper locations, isles are clean and well maintained, stock reflects system information and vise versa. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying active, and have a strong eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Receiving & Stacking:
Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and safely stock items in their designated locations.
Inventory Control:
Assist with cycle counts and keep tracking systems updated to maintain inventory accuracy.
Safety & Maintenance:
Keep your work zone clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Previous warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stockroom experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
Tech Savvy:
Ability to learn and use basic inventory software.
Certifications:
Forklift or electric pallet jack certification is a major bonus (but not required).
Attributes:
Strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-first attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that is not climate-controlled. Why Work With Us?
