Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-5:15PM Compensation:
$22.00/hour How You'll Make an Impact Responsible for incoming materials processing and inventory management. Devises policies and procedures in the areas of inventory control. Manages cycle counting of physical materials and ensures accuracy of stock levels. Maintains material data in ERP system and manages receipt of inventory through software transactions. Reconciles potential inventory losses, investigates shortages and discrepancies, and perform KPI indicator assessments. Processes rejected materials, and records information, as needed. Responsible for stock issuance and returns for production activities. Performs light to medium material handling functions within the department, moving product and components within the department as required. Works in other functions within the department, as needed. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. California Pharmacy Technician License, in good standing preferred Strong time management skills Detail and accuracy oriented. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including prior experience in data management and shipping software. Possess excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of processing materials in an ERP system. DOT HazMat training desired.
