We AIM for excellence. Job DescriptionAs the Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and executing timely purchasing to support uninterrupted recycling and manufacturing operations.

What you're responsible for:

Monitoring inventory levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or excess stockExecuting RFQs, evaluating quotes, and issuing purchase orders based on price and lead timeMaintaining accurate inventory data in Maximo through cycle counts and physical auditsTracking purchase orders, deliveries, and returns while resolving discrepanciesPartnering with operations and maintenance to anticipate needs and communicate timelinesQualificationsTo join our team:

You have at least 2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or materials management within a manufacturing or industrial environmentYou have experience managing inventory counts, reorder points, and purchase orders across a high‑volume parts environmentYou have working knowledge of inventory systems (Maximo preferred) and are comfortable using ExcelYou are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing priorities independentlyYou are proactive, self‑motivated, and communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and vendorsAdditional InformationWhat we offer!:
