Job Description

Job Summary InSync is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Inventory Coordinator to support daily supply operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, distributing, and tracking supplies and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory management and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory systems, shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining organized supply areas. Primary Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels and replenish supplies using computerized inventory management systems. Provide customer service support to internal departments regarding supply requests and distribution needs. Perform daily supply chain activities, including pulling inventory, stocking supplies, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining equipment as needed. Verify shipment accuracy by comparing received items against invoices, packing slips, descriptions, quantities, and item codes. Process supply and equipment requests through phone, fax, electronic ordering systems, and walk-up requests. Maintain proper stock rotation based on expiration dates and inventory requirements. Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy. Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow established safety and inventory procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education/experience. Strong math, organization, and filing skills necessary for inventory tracking and supply management. Proficiency with computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to learn additional software systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience using computerized inventory control or purchasing systems. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience. Knowledge of medical supplies and healthcare inventory processes. Experience working in a supply chain, materials management, or inventory-focused environment.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
