We need reliable warehouse staff to manage inventory, prepare deliveries, and support field operations. We provide training and equipment so you can do the job effectively. The Role We're hiring Inventory Management Specialists to manage inventory, prepare totes for delivery, and support warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires accuracy and organization. You'll count stock, pull products, pack totes, handle orders, and occasionally assist with machine setup and service. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, this role could be a good fit.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Perform inventory counts and track stock levels Pull and pack totes with products for next day's deliveries Use in-house software to manage inventory and orders Process returns and restock from field routes Occasional delivery support and machine setup assistance Maintain warehouse organization and cleanlinessKey Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Perform regular inventory counts to track stock levels and identify shortages or surpluses Maintain accurate inventory records in the company system Document waste and damaged products Analyze inventory trends to forecast supply needs Rotate stock to maintain freshnessOrdering & Procurement:
Track inventory levels and identify ordering needs based on stock and customer demand Escalate inventory discrepancies and ordering issues to management Support order tracking and delivery documentationTote Preparation:
Pull products for each vending location and organize them into labeled totes Ensure products match customer preferences and machine requirements Verify accuracy of totes before they leave the warehouse Process returns and restock from field routes Delivery & Machine Support (Occasional): Assist with delivery support for new machine placements and relocations Prepare machines for delivery (loading, packaging, configuration) Provide occasional on-site setup assistance with machine installations Perform occasional machine service in local areas (restocking, maintenance, repairs)Warehouse Operations:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area Collaborate with drivers and technicians to ensure smooth operations Support inventory optimization projects as assignedRequirements Experience:
Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse, or supply chain is preferred but not required—we provide trainingEssential Qualities:
Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and counts Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Reliable and punctual Interdependent attitude: collaborative and works well with others, but also a self-starter who takes initiative independently Comfort with inventory management software and systemsLegal & Physical Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and bend/perform repetitive motions Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in ambient-temperature warehouse environment Forklift certification a plus but not requiredCompliance:
