Inventory Specialist

Hiring an Inventory Specialist for a Start Up Drone company in Hayward, CA! Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and investigate any variances by reviewing transactions, PO history, receiving issues, production usage, and system movements. Analyze discrepancies by identifying root causes such as incorrect POs, mis-picks, mis-labels, BOM errors, or 3PL mistakes. Partner with Receiving to correct upstream errors and implement preventive measures. Coordinate with Production to understand material flow, WIP consumption, and ensure point‑of‑use inventory is accurate. Maintain accurate records by documenting findings, updating inventory data, and ensuring ERP/WMS integrity. Work Environment The role is based in a warehouse environment within a manufacturing company, with a shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $28.60/hr.
