In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes across warehouse distribution centers, ensuring optimal stock levels and seamless order fulfillment. Your expertise in supply chain management, data analytics, and warehouse systems will drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and proactive problem-solving are essential for success. The hours for this role are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, at a starting pay of $19.00 hourly.

Daily responsibilities include:

Generate zero on hand report for both PDC2320 and PDC2330. Walk the report and reconcile findings. (15% of the work day) Generate the walk off report for both PDC 2320 and ODC2330. Walk the report and reconcile findings. (15% of the work day) Assisting management with parts inquiries; researching and denial process. (50% of the work day) Generate scrapper for warehouse damages from both PDCs. (5% of the work day) Perform stock count request by AIPDN. (5% of the work day) Perform part inspection request by AIPDN part analysts and AIPDN part technical. (5% of the work day) Perform photo taking request by AIPDN part analysts and AIPDN part technical. (5% of the work day) Ideally this person is a good multi-tasker, communicates well, is organized and has decent computer skills like word and excel, as well as WMS systems in parts warehouses.
