This position is responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, and tracking incoming inventory to support efficient warehouse and production operations. This role ensures that all materials are accounted for, stored correctly, and readily available when needed. The Inventory Specialist plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy by performing inspections, recording data, and collaborating closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to inventory control best practices—such as FIFO or FEFO—are essential for success in this role. All candidates must be 21 years or older, pass a background check and be legally able to work in the United States. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy. Unpack, count, and inspect goods for visible damage or discrepancies. Accurately log received inventory into inventory tracking systems (e.g., ERP software or manual logs). Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in inventory and storage areas. Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with scheduled cycle counts and inventory audits. Report any damaged, missing, or misrouted inventory to appropriate personnel or departments. Communicate proactively with procurement and production teams regarding inventory levels, delivery schedules, and potential stock issues. Qualifications Attention to detail; Organized Time management Good communication (written and verbal) Experience with inventory (preferred) Experience with supply chain management (preferred) Experience within ERP systems Experience in Microsoft (word, excel) Minimum of 21 years of age

This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoor which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The site operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
