$75k/yr - $80k/yr Clearance Requirements N/A What you will be doing: Provides hands-on technical support in the Technical Distribution Center (TDC), including imaging, staging, issuing, and lifecycle replacement of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices). Supports IT supply, inventory, and asset management functions in accordance with DLIFLC policies.

Position Requirements Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

Image and reimage laptops, desktops, and tablets for students, staff, and faculty (supporting lifecycle refresh of ~2,500 systems annually). Conduct hardware issuance, receiving, and warranty coordination (Return Material Authorization processing). Maintain IT asset inventory (over 10,000 devices), perform monthly inspections, and update online asset tracking systems. Support warehousing, shipping, and receiving functions for DLIFLC equipment. Respond to TDC service desk tickets, logging all requests in Ivanti within 15 minutes. Prepare and maintain paperwork for supply transactions, ensuring compliance with government property tracking standards.

Education :

(AA/AS) in Information Technology or related field or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of hands-on IT support/supply experience.

Certifications :

CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification (imaging/desktop support) Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
