Inventory Control Specialist Location Ontario, CA Pay Rate:

Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 1 year of experience Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume warehouse environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and on a team Flexible schedule and adaptability to changing business needs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting Key Responsibilities Verify inbound receiving documents and maintain accurate inventory records Support order management, fill-rate analysis, and store issue resolution Research and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system data Monitor products approaching expiration and maintain inventory accuracy Communicate inventory updates and distribution information across departments Work within multiple warehouse management systems (WMS) Assist with audits, warehouse walkthroughs, and regulatory compliance visits Support item setup and data accuracy including UPCs, product costs, and product information Prepare inventory reports and operational analysis for leadership teams Build strong working relationships with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and store operations teams Why This Role?
