Job Description
Summary Of Position:
Responsible for the barcoding all incoming inventory Responsible for inventory cycle counts Responsible for counting inventory during intake Responsible for assisting the Inventory Team during the intake process. Ensuring that products are stored correctly. Assisting Management with various inventory projects Ensuring that warehouse storage is being fully utilized. Maintaining an excellent level of professionalism with all staff, customers, and management.Essential Functions:
Examine merchandise to ensure that it is sealed and properly labeled for sale. Precise and consistent placement of barcodes. Responsible for following instruction from management on where to place barcodes. Must be meticulously accurate with barcodes to help mitigate inventory discrepancies. Ensure that products are being barcoded with the correct label. Barcoding in a timely manner in order to ensure proper flow of inventory. Facilitate dropping of new products as directed by Management. Assist with inventory counts. Review and adhere to the policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Report damaged inventory to the METRC Specialist. Abide by all safety, health, and security rules. Adhere to best practices and procedures as defined by management. Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.Additional Functions:
Finding unique and creative ways to better the flow of operation for the business. Thinking "out of the box" to solve unique obstacles. Conferring with organizational members to accomplish work activities. Regularly updating and refreshing knowledge on products sold by the business. Evaluate potential of products, technologies, or resources. Reporting any inventory discrepancies to METRC Specialist. Implementing our cleaning and sanitation protocols. Assist with restocking and releasing of product when directed Additional functions as assignedPosition Requirements:

Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time Bending or Crouching down low to grab product from shelves lifting/pushing up to 35 lbs Repetitive motion with barcoding activitiesReasonable Accommodations Statement:
