What You'll Do:
Inventory & Data Ownership:
Maintain and ensure accurate inventory records across all systems Lead physical inventory counts and reconciliation Manage inventory flow: receiving, transfers, adjustments Own end-of-month inventory reconciliation Keep systems clean, organized, and audit-ready
Reporting & Business Insights:
Create and analyze: Weekly & monthly sales reports Inventory and purchasing reports Sales performance trends Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities—and tell the story behind the data Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights
Consignment Program Management:
Oversee all consignment inventory: Agreements, tracking, and documentation Sales notifications to consignors Monthly reporting to Accounting Ensure compliance and accuracy across all consignment processes
Financial & Operational Coordination:
Partner with Accounting on: Invoice tracking and submission Inventory-related financial reconciliation Track buybacks, employee purchases, and inventory-related transactions Ensure every dollar tied to inventory is accounted for
Cross-Functional Impact:
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams Improve systems, reporting, and processes Support audits and strengthen internal controls
Who You Are:
You're not just detail-oriented—you're data-driven, confident, and proactive . You take ownership and pride in accuracy You're comfortable challenging ideas with data and logic You can see what others miss in reports and trends You communicate clearly and professionally across teams You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What You Bring:
3-5+ years in inventory control, data management, or similar role Strong experience with reporting, reconciliation, and analysis Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms Advanced Excel or reporting skills (preferred) Background in jewelry, retail, or luxury goods. Jewelry preferred. Familiarity with inventory valuation and accounting processes
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs Fine motor skills for handling detailed items and tools
