Job Description

About the Role Bradac Co is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist / Site Audit Coordinator to support a hands-on inventory project at a machine and welding shop in San Francisco. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, methodical work and takes pride in getting details right.
Project Details Start Date:
Mid-July Schedule:
Flexible, start around 3:00 PM, approximately 5-6 hours per day, 3 days per week Will work in a team of 4 people, 2 pairs of people working together at the same time.
Duration:
Approximately 6-8 weeks, until project completion
Location:
On-site at machine and welding shop in San Francisco, CA What You'll Do Conduct physical inventory counts of large equipment and misc items Accurately document and track inventory data throughout the audit using the provided software on a tablet Maintain regular communication on project goals and milestones Show up on time and be ready to work each scheduled day What We're Looking For Prior experience with inventory management or site audits Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and responsible — punctual and prepared for each shift Motivated and engaged, with a proactive approach to the work Comfortable working in a machine shop environment Requirements Closed-toe shoes required (machine shop safety requirement) Ability to commit to the 3-day/week schedule for the duration of the project How to Apply Interested candidates should send a resume/relevant experience and a statement as to why you're interested, to: hello@bradac.co
