It is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Job Purpose The Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting various areas, including inventory management, shipping and receiving. This role requires close coordination with sales, inventory, and operations teams to maintain efficient inventory practices. Duties and Responsibilities Key duties include, but are not limited to: Managing field inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability. Performing regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies. Coordinating with sales and logistics teams to support field operations. Monitoring loaner kit usage, ensuring timely returns, and updating records. Ensuring field inventory complies with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintaining and updating inventory tracking systems to reflect accurate data. Assisting with product returns, repairs, or replacements as needed. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve field inventory issues and support operational goals. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management preferred. Knowledge of medical device or healthcare industry is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and travel as needed to field locations. Working Conditions This position requires working in an open office environment. Frequent travel may be necessary to manage inventory at various field locations. While performing duties, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, or lift items regularly. Physical Requirements This role involves sitting for extended periods in an office environment. The employee may occasionally need to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
