Job Description

Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated, part-time or possibility full-time Inventory Controller at our site in Sunnyvale. This position will have standard hours of 8:00AM -Noon or possibly part time with some flexibility to skew as needed and the possibility of being on-call for evening and/or weekend shipments. This position requires extended periods of standing, lifting, sitting, bending, pushing and pulling in accordance with OSHA and NIOSH guidelines.
Job Duties:
The duties of Part-Time Inventory Controller include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for parts inventory tracking, reporting and update based on parts arriving and departing site using proprietary company software. Responsible for notifying FSEs of parts arrival. Transfer of parts to and from the office to the customer site in Santa Clara as needed. Prepare parts for shipment and receiving. Support parts shipments with shipping carriers. Support arranging urgent parts shipments with shipping carriers. Support parts inventory tracking at NuFlare and customer warehouses. Support Import/Export policy and workflow. Perform physical inventory counts twice a year Maintain stock of office supplies and make order requests to HQ as necessary. Support analytical equipment calibration requests. Support administrative work as needed.
Training:
Training in proprietary software applications will be provided.
Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and converse in English. Japanese is a PLUS. Must be able to get badged at our customer facility. Must be able to operate standard office software including Office suite and must be proficient in MS Excel. Must be able maintain and update various performance reports. Must be able to work legally in the United States. Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle. Must be able to operate a pallet jack, being able to drive a small delivery truck is a PLUS.
Pay:
Up to $26.00 per hour
