Job Description

A leading manufacturing company in Vista is seeking a Data Entry & Inventory Coordinator to support inventory records, purchasing documentation, and operational reporting. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with large amounts of information and takes pride in maintaining accurate records that help drive business decisions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams through accurate data management and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain inventory, purchasing, and vendor informationUpdate inventory databases and ERP systemsReview shipping and receiving documentation for accuracyAssist with inventory reconciliations and cycle count reportingGenerate operational reports for management reviewMaintain organized electronic and physical recordsSupport purchasing and logistics departments with administrative tasks
