Job Description
We are a small personal accessory manufacturing company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control & Inventory Specialist. This position supports daily inventory management, product quality control, receiving shipments, data entry, and general operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with both physical products and computer systems. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and process merchandise. Perform quality control checks on incoming products. Assist with inventory management and inventory accuracy. Prepare products for shipment and storage. Maintain accurate records and data entry in company systems. Support product organization, labeling, and tracking. Assist with trade show and special project preparation as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities effectively. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous inventory, warehouse, retail, or quality control experience is a plus but not required.
