Job Description

Join a small, family-owned team delivering medical supplies that support children and their families. This is not a large warehouse role, work locally, stay active, and make a meaningful impact every day. At Tender Care Medical Supply, we do it for the kids. Our team supports families by delivering essential medical equipment that helps children thrive at home. We're a family-owned company , not a large warehouse operation, this role offers meaningful work, a supportive team, and a manageable workload.
THIS JOB REQUIRES A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH AN EXCELENT DRIVING RECORD
This position is primarily focused on inventory and warehouse responsibilities, with delivery duties serving as occasional backup support when needed.

Employer Match Responsibilities and Duties:
Pull and prepare equipment for deliveries Deliver and pick up medical supplies to client homes Load/unload company vehicle (most items under 50 lbs) Check equipment for accuracy and functionality Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse Provide friendly, respectful service to families Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance. Stocks equipment/supplies in appropriate location
On-Call Rotation:
After completing training, this role will participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 2 months). Advance notice will always be provided. Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including assisting fellow team members, as needed. Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Most equipment is lightweight and manageable (up to 50 lbs) Ability to safely load, unload, and transport equipment Comfortable working in a warehouse, delivery vehicle, and client homes Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to enter/exit delivery vehicles (cargo area and cab) Basic mechanical skills preferred Strong communication skills with clients and team members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to work as part of a team Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
