Job Description

PFI Tech currently needs an entry-level Inventory / Depot Specialist to provide support to our client site in Washington, DC.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and installing Xerox printers
  • Be able to drive 16 foot box truck to deliver printers to customer
  • Flexible to travel as required
  • Flexible to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required
  • May be asked to back up or perform duties of other job roles as qualified
  • Maintains technical knowledge by completing training and reviewing technical publications
  • Manage service tickets.
  • Updating and closing IMACD tickets within the allotted timeframe o Filling out all IMACD checklist and attaching them to the ticket
  • Maintain part and printer inventory o Check out parts needed for tickets o Check in unused and new parts o Ship parts to sites. o Escalating any consumable outage to inventory manager o Preform quarterly part audits o Update printer inventory sheet in real-time o Sanitize, configure and test printers o Prepare printers to be shipped o Preform printer and badge reader audit weekly
  • Customer service o Responsible for maintaining good customer communications o Meet all customers' needs and requests, reporting any problems to manager o Maintaining professional communications and appearance
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma minimum, technical associates degree preferred
  • 1-3 experience in a customer service environment
  • Xerox / Lexmark printer consumable experience
  • Xerox / Lexmark printer Break / Fix experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift 15 to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass color test
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and valid driver license Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
