Attentive Job Summary:
The Injection Preparation Specialist is responsible for the accurate preparation, labeling, and organization of injectable peptides and wellness compounds for three Ultra Cryo & Recovery centers. This role ensures injections are filled safely, consistently, and according to approved protocols while maintaining strict inventory control, proper storage, and operational compliance.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant (MA) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written protocols precisely Ability to work in a clean, clinical, and process-driven environment Reliable transportation to support three locations Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Preferred:
Experience handling injectable medications, peptides, or sterile medical supplies. Inventory management or medical supply handling experience Familiarity with sterile technique and medical-grade sanitation standards Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare injectable peptides and compounds using sterile technique Fill and label syringes with correct dosage, compound name, prep date, and expiration date Track and manage inventory for peptides and injection supplies Monitor expiration dates and rotate inventory using FIFO practices Prepare and distribute injections for three locations Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant preparation environment Communicate inventory needs and discrepancies to leadership
