May 17, 2026 About Eurotech Eurotech Auto Service & Repair is a fast-growing European and Exotic automotive shop specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, McLaren, and Rolls-Royce. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Automotive Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support our technicians, advisors, and parts department. This position is ideal for someone with automotive knowledge who is organized, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and looking to grow within the automotive industry. Responsibilities Order, receive, organize, and stage automotive parts for technicians Verify incoming parts against invoices and repair orders to ensure correct parts and quantities are received before repairs begin Identify automotive parts and components accurately Communicate with technicians and advisors regarding parts status and availability Handle core returns, warranty returns, and vendor returns Maintain organization of the parts department and inventory areas Assist with inventory management and stock control Pick up and return parts from local dealerships and suppliers when needed Shuttle customers locally when necessary Run occasional shop-related errands Help maintain efficient workflow throughout the shop Requirements Basic automotive parts knowledge
REQUIRED
Ability to identify automotive components and quantities accurately Automotive parts, dealership, auto repair shop, or auto parts store experience preferred Valid driver license with clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable using computers, smartphones, GPS, email, and shop software Positive attitude and team-player mentality Able to lift up to 50 lbs European or exotic vehicle experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Monday-Friday schedule (NO weekends) Paid holidays Paid vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance available Professional and clean work environment Work around high-end European and exotic vehicles Growth opportunities within the company Opportunity to grow into advanced parts, inventory, or service advisor roles Apply Today Submit your resume through
