This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, improving part accessibility, and supporting sales and operations teams. Responsibilities Catalog and track incoming vehicles and parts into inventory systems Inspect, label, and organize salvaged parts for easy identification and retrieval Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Assist customers and sales staff Skills Time management and multitasking Basic computer proficiency (Excel, inventory systems) Problem-solving and accuracy in data entry Team collaboration and communication Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in inventory management, auto salvage, or warehouse operations preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Basic knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems preferred Familiarity with inventory management software preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in outdoor conditions
