Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory and Planning Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of inventory management and planning for all brands and categories within our company. Duties Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog mapping system for all brands/categories. Create timelines for the execution of projects and manage timing for all imports. Coordinate with suppliers and manage the ordering of goods as needed. Liaison with suppliers for sampling of imports. Manage revisions and ensure all changes are accurately implemented. Coordinate with sales representatives to obtain samples for presentations. Assemble catalogs for distribution. Oversee the creation of the of samples. Review selling data and identify opportunities to purge old items or low-selling items. Manage closeout inventory Assist with the flow of goods to our store and work with the team to keep it stocked. Development and pioneering of new product types. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field. (not required, but a bonus) Previous experience in inventory management, planning, or related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. OR, Quickbooks/accounting experience. Both would be a huge bonus.
