Position Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the Sales Department by providing consultative services to customers related to equipment and supplies. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Attain targeted sales as determined by business goals and within budgetary guidelines. Identify opportunities for increased sales. Monitor competition. Develop and assist with equipment/supplies sales and support for customers. Support other sales representatives with sales activities. May perform targeted ride-withs for one-on-one training to impact sales of equipment and supplies. Manage all aspects of the equipment and supplies services. Solve equipment and supply issues and deal with a variety of situations where minimal standardization exists. Develop interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and externally. Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public/customers/vendors and coworkers Perform accurate data entry and report preparation in a timely manner. Attend sales meetings and other meetings. Attend, participate and coordinate company sponsored industry trade shows and industry meetings. Plan and execute equipment/supplies displays and presence at food shows and other customer events. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications:
